Nada Meeks, a writer and illustrator of children's books such as "The Snowman Band," "Magic," and "Fairy Flutters," started her publishing company, Perennial Dreams, to help artists like herself maintain artistic freedom. Her books use rhymes to help children develop artistic understanding, rhythm, vocabulary and memory capability.
